Karos und it20one bieten gemeinsam ein Intranet - Portal für digitale Signaturen an
Um auch dem gelegentlichen Benutzer die Möglichkeit zu geben, Dokumente einfach zu signieren und die Signatur eingehender Dokumente gesetzeskonform zu prüfen, haben wir gemeinsam ein einfach zu bedienendes Webportal entwickelt.
Der Benutzer kann die zu bearbeitenden Dateien hochladen und nach kurzer Zeit die fertigen Dokumente wieder herunterladen.
Um eine möglichst große Flexibilität zu gewährleisten, bieten wir die Anwendung in mehreren Varianten an:
- Als alleinstehendes VMWare Image (CentOS mit Apache Webserver) mit inkludierter it20one Signatursoftware
- Als VMWare Image (CentOS mit Apache Webserver) zur Integration in Ihre bestehende it20one Softwarelandschaft. Der Datenaustausch erfolgt in diesem Fall einfach über freigegebene Laufwerke (Windows bzw. Samba Shares)
- Als PHP Scripts mit mySQL Anbindung zur Integration in Ihr bestehendes Intranet

To give the opportunity of easily signing documents and checking the signature of incoming documents according to the legal requirements to occasional users, we jointly have developped an easy to use web portal.
The user can upload the files to be processed and download the documents readily signed / checked after a short while.
To grant the necessary flexibility, we offer this solution in several variants:
- As stand-alone VMWare Image (CentOS with Apache Webserver) with the it20one signature software included
- As VMWare Image (CentOS with Apache Webserver) to be integrated in your existing it20one software environment. In this case, the data transfer will work via shared directories (Windows or Linux/Unix Samba shares)
- As PHP scripts with mySQL database to be integrated into your existing intranet
